Learn The Truth Before You Buy!!

Our website has been providing independent reviews and research on men’s health supplements since 2003. With more than two decades of experience in this category, our editorial team focuses on helping readers compare products, understand ingredients, and make informed decisions.

All content on this page is written and reviewed by real editors and researchers who track developments in the industry and gather feedback from readers over time. Our goal is to present clear, balanced information so visitors can evaluate different options with confidence.

In recent years, the internet has seen a rapid increase in newly created supplement websites and promotional pages. Some of these sites promote quick-result products or trending formats such as gummies or “instant” solutions which do not work as advertised. As with any health-related purchase online, consumers should take time to review product details carefully and look for credible information before making a decision.

Because new brands and marketing campaigns appear frequently online, it can take time for independent review sites to properly research and evaluate them. If a product does not yet appear on our site, it may simply be too new for us to have completed a full review.

Where to Start?

Use our guide (top 5 product list) to discover which supplements actually deliver on their promises — helping you achieve stronger, larger, firmer erections, increased stamina and sexual performance, and a natural boost in testosterone.

Can’t Find the Product You Searched For?

If the product you searched for does not appear in the rankings above, it likely means it did not meet the criteria used in our evaluations. Many visitors arrive here after seeing a product advertised elsewhere and want to verify whether it compares with more established options.

Because new supplement brands and promotional campaigns appear frequently online, some products have limited transparency about ingredients, company information, or customer feedback. For that reason, our editors maintain a Do Not Buy / Watch List highlighting products that raised concerns during our research.

To avoid wasting time or money on heavily promoted products usually found on social media platforms, we recommend starting with the top-rated options listed above, which have consistently received the strongest feedback from readers and have remained among the most researched products in this category.

5 Common Red Flags to Watch For When Evaluating Men’s Health Supplements.

1. Overly Trendy Formats
Products promoted primarily for their format—such as flavored gummies or novelty delivery systems—often prioritize taste and marketing appeal over ingredient strength or consistency. Gummies do NOT work as advertised, period. Traditional capsules or tablets typically allow for more stable formulas and clearer dosing.

2. “Instant” or Unrealistic Claims
Be cautious of products promising dramatic results within minutes or days. Supplements generally work gradually, and responsible companies avoid exaggerated timelines or miracle-style claims.

3. Limited Ingredient Transparency
Reputable brands clearly disclose their ingredient lists, dosages, and manufacturer information. Products with vague descriptions or incomplete labeling deserve extra scrutiny.

4. Newly Created Brands With Heavy Social Media Advertising
Some products appear online suddenly with aggressive marketing but very little track record or independent feedback. Taking time to research the company and product history can help avoid disappointment.

5. Lack of Independent Reviews or Long-Term Feedback
Established products typically have consistent user feedback and have been discussed across multiple independent review sites. A lack of credible third-party information can be a warning sign.

Beware of Misleading “Review” Websites.

Another common tactic online involves websites that appear to offer independent product reviews but are actually created to promote a specific brand. These pages are often designed to look like unbiased comparison sites, yet the rankings and claims are written primarily to steer readers toward a particular product.

In some cases, multiple products listed on the same site may even be owned or marketed by the same company, despite being presented as competing brands. These pages frequently use exaggerated claims, identical layouts, and similar marketing language across different product names.

For example, products such as Boostaro and Aizen Power have appeared on review-style pages with nearly identical website designs and promotional content. Situations like this are a reminder that not all “review” sites are truly independent.

When researching supplements online, it is always a good idea to compare information from multiple sources and look for sites that provide transparent editorial standards and long-standing coverage of the industry.

Low-Quality Ingredients.

When comparing supplements, ingredient quality and formulation matter far more than price alone. Some lower-priced products rely heavily on fillers or minimal amounts of active ingredients, which can limit their effectiveness.

Reputable supplements typically use clearly listed ingredients, transparent dosages, and consistent manufacturing standards. While these products may cost slightly more, the quality of the formulation is often what determines whether a supplement delivers meaningful results.

For this reason, it is important to look beyond price and focus on products that use well-researched ingredients in appropriate amounts rather than choosing options that prioritize low cost over formulation quality.

Watch the Guarantee “Fine Print”

Money-back guarantees are common in the supplement industry, but the terms can vary widely. Many products offer guarantees around 60 days, which typically provides enough time to try the product and decide if it’s right for you.

Some companies extend their guarantees to 180 days, demonstrating a longer commitment to customer satisfaction. However, it’s important to read the details carefully. In some cases, a product may advertise a longer guarantee while the actual refund window in the terms and conditions is shorter.

Before purchasing, take a moment to review the guarantee policy so you clearly understand how long you have to request a refund and what conditions may apply.

Products That Did Not Meet Our Criteria

Some brands did not meet the standards used in our evaluations due to concerns about marketing claims, formulation quality, or overall transparency. This section highlights a number of products that received consistent feedback from our editors and readers during the review process.

While it is not possible to track every new product that appears in the market, we update this section regularly as part of our ongoing effort to help readers identify products that may deserve additional caution when researching supplements online.

PharmaxaLabs? – No Registered Facility.

Virectin is a common searched name in the male product space due to their massive advertising campaigns, frequently appearing across the major various advertising platforms. However, we’ve identified several questionable marketing tactics used by the brand to avoid scrutiny from ad networks and the FTC. For instance, they often refer to the penis simply as “the organ”—a vague term likely intended to sidestep regulation—while making bold and unrealistic claims like “enlarging your organ” and promising noticeable results within just seven days, which is simply not possible. These products take time to work and our readers tell us that this product does not work as advertised.

Virectin might have scored a little higher if it weren’t for its limited return policy . While they advertise a 60-day guarantee, the fine print reveals that only one opened bottle is eligible for a refund, effectively making it a 30-day trial period.

Although this policy isn’t inherently bad, we believe 30 days isn’t long enough to fairly assess the product’s effectiveness. More often than not, customers requesting a refund after 30 days are left ineligible—something that could easily be avoided with a clearer, more generous guarantee (180 days) as offered by the top ranked brands.

There are definitely more effective options on the market.

Boostaro is the one of the most advertised products on the market however ONLY  because it is promoted via an affiliate network. Affiliate marketers based out of Hong Kong and Brazil are using AI to spew out countless websites all claiming that Boostaro is the best male product on the market and will even cure ED which is of course 100% fraudulent. As previously stated the product has so many negative reviews from its past customers that in order for the affiliates to continue to make money they have made up nonsense claims suggesting that there are counterfeit versions out there when in fact all of their websites link to the same site.  They all say that the official website is the only place to get the “real” product because they want you to click on their specific link that has their affiliate code on so they get paid. Spartamax is a brand new gummy product that has been marketed all over social media as the latest and greatest gummy product to hit the shelves in the last month. The problem however is that our readers who have been duped into buying this useless product say that it does not work at all as advertised. The reason is simple. It is a gummy. Gummies do not work for male enhancement. Period.
It is scientifically impossible for gummies to help gain Strength, Stamina or Virility.

  • Vascular Limitations of Gummies: Achieving a mechanical change in blood flow requires significant doses of vasodilators (like L-Arginine). To get an effective dose of these via gummies, a user might need to eat 10–20 at once, which introduces a massive, unhealthy amount of sugar. Each bottle only contains 30 gummies. Do the math. The chances of getting a cavity or sore tummy from all of the sugar is a more likely outcome.

  • Hidden Ingredients: Historically, the FDA has flagged many “male enhancement” gummies for containing undeclared ingredients (like analogs) to make the product “work.” If a gummy does work instantly, it is often because it contains an illegal, unlisted drug, not the herbs on the label.

We highly recommend that you stay clear of any gummie product.

PrimoTRT is a brand new gummy product marketed heavily on social media claiming to help with male virility , size, performance and wellness which is quite the stretch considering that it is once again a gummy product. Gummies do not work for male enhancement. Period.
It is scientifically impossible for gummies to help men gain Strength, Stamina or Virility.
The only place where you will find the product listed other than a fake product website (affiliate site) is on TrustPilot. Trustpilot unfortunately has become the breeding ground for scammers who create fake reviews of male enhancement products hoping that the fake TrustPilot review will give them credibility.

Max Boost XXl is another gummy scam designed to fool you into thinking that the product works as advertised. As mentioned earlier, gummies do not work for male enhancement or men’s vitality simply because it is impossible for the product to actually contain any of the required ingredients due to the manufacturing process alone. Gummies can be used as vitamins (which can contain one or two ingredients like Vitamin C or D and that is it.  The peddler of this product is  trying to capitalize on the appeal of gummies as an easy to consume ”candy” which should taste good (of course because it is mostly sugar) and the ease of use for those who do not want to take a pill or capsule. However as previously pointed out gummies do not work as advertised, period.

Every single bogus website that sells it can’t get their facts straight about what the product is designed to do because it doesn’t really do anything as it is missing key ingredients. Our readers tell us to  strongly recommend that you stay clear of this brand. “ErectoninMD Male Gummies are nothing more than a complete scam and ripoff peddled by a company out of Brazil. They have literally dozens of websites and fake social media reviews that all claim illegally that it is FDA approved and USA made. It is the latest product to hit the “internet” by the same con artists behind some of the other gummy brands listed on this page. Each bottle of ErectoninMD only contains 15 gummies and that seems quite expensive for what is essentially “sugar” at $39 a bottle. We are not quite sure what exactly Aizen Power is or why it was even created other than a knockoff of another scam product called Boostaro.  We found 3 different versions of the product on multiple websites which raises major red flags. Trying to track down an official website to try to get more information about the product with no success leaves much to be desired. In the end after serious examination by our readers, it looks like Aizen Power is just a simple daily vitamin. They also claim that it is created in a FDA approved facility but there is no Registered Facility which is alarming.

Instead of being called Alpha Force they have now called it Beast Force. Same product as above just a brand new name and label. This is usually what scam companies do to try to be one step ahead of the FTC law.  Same product as above get the same review. The official website is marked as a fake e-store and fraud site so visit at your own risk. Stay Clear of this brand and any other brand with the word “Force” in its name and you should do okay.

Spider Sense? Well, we will say that this has a pretty catchy name however a few of our readers who actually went ahead and purchased the product realized that they had been duped and lacked “common sense” because they paid good money for this scam. We tried to track down an official site and came up empty. As per most scams the product is only available via shady social media targeting so buyer beware as this product does not work as advertised. Grab some Common Sense and stay clear of this one.

Serious About Male Performance?

The Top 5 Products that work as advertised.

If you are serious about male performance and vitality then you have come to the right place. Whether you are new to the industry or a seasoned veteran we can help you make an informed decision about which product is right for you. We warn you about the low grade knock off products found listed on those bogus copycat review sites in our scam section. Use common sense and beware of the fraud and overly exaggerated marketing claims which offer nothing but false hope and an empty wallet.

There are no paid endorsements, no fake doctors, no fake lab reports and definitely no sleazy porn stars peddling low grade products here. We leave that stuff to the con-artists and we work side by side with the FDA and FTC in helping to get them shut down. If you do not see a product listed on our site that can be found listed elsewhere then chances are it doesn’t work. Remember that unlike other review sites on the internet which seem to pop up daily, our reviews are 100% unbiased and are backed by 20 years of experience in the field but more importantly based on real user feedback and product testing.

The biggest scam that we see online right now are ‘100% biased or fake review sites’ claiming that they know what is best brand in an attempt to dupe you into buying their own listed product. The products they list usually consist of nothing more than fillers and sub-par ingredients. Beware of the fake review site scams and use common sense when reading any product review website and you should do just fine.
